WIOA Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR) Template

• Visit your grant reporting page for specific instructions and suggested templates, including a suggested template for SAEF2 and ABA2 grantees to report expanding registered apprenticeship program outputs.

WIPS/AI Demographics Portal Designation Form

• Grantee Authorized Representatives should use this PDF form to request WIPS access for the SAEEI, ABA, and SAEF Apprenticeship Grants. This form is used to designate staff who will submit data into WIPS and certify the data uploaded to produce the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and the Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR). The form allows Authorized Representatives to designate WIPS access for more than one Apprenticeship Grant. Please note that no more than two staff members should be granted access to WIPS at the same time.

• Grantee Authorized Representatives can request access to the RAPIDS Apprenticeship Information (AI) Demographics Portal for 1-2 staff members as well. Staff may use a print-out from the AI Demographics Portal as source documentation for certain data elements as indicated in TEGL 23-19 Change 3.  Access to the portal does not provide full access to RAPIDS.  NOTE: The AI Demographics Portal will not be used by SAA states that do not use RAPIDS.
  
  
• Please use this form for Apprenticeship Grants only; do not use this form for other ETA grants (e.g., H-1B) to request access to WIPS.  Grantees should complete and upload the form following the instructions on the WIPS Technical Assistance Request.
