Other important topics that will be discussed include:
- Grant Management Responsibilities: Understand what is expected of you as a grantee and how to meet those expectations efficiently and effectively. Learn the essential steps to take from the start of your grant period and critical milestones and timelines, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
- Performance and Reporting Requirements: Discover best practices for effective performance reporting, including how to collect, analyze, and report data accurately. Learn about the specific performance metrics and reporting schedules to adhere to during the grant lifecycle. This will position SAEF2 grantees to demonstrate the impact of projects and activities and meet compliance requirements.
- Technical Assistance Offerings: Explore a variety of technical assistance resources and coaching, designed to help SAEF2 grantees navigate challenges, minimize risk, problem solve, and optimize grant implementation.
- Allowable Activities and Fiscal Responsibilities: Receive detailed information on the allowable activities under your grant and the fiscal responsibilities you must adhere to.
