To help you become more familiar with DOL’s grants management process, the Office of Apprenticeship (OA) created the Competitive Grant Program Basics Reference Guide (Reference Guide). This guide provides newly awarded OA grantees with basic grant management information. Grantees should have also received the ETA Grantee Handbook as part of your grant award package. These two resources offer high level information that can be used to onboard staff throughout the life of the grant.
The Reference Guide includes the following information:
- Grants management support from the National and Regional Offices
- Items contained in the Grant Package
- Amendments to grants
- Reporting systems and requirements
- Communication with ETA
